"This place is INCREDIBLE! Brought my youngest here after dinner and we agreed this place is one of the best ice cream places we have been too. We ordered the following: Small scale (2 scoops) Ultimate oreo: 9/10 Munchi madness: 10/10 Brownie à la mode Peanut butter cookie dough: 10/10 The customer service was elite. Both young ladies explained everything so well and were so pleasant to deal with. I will be bringing the rest of my kiddos."

"Did someone say vegan ice cream? I had the best Oreo Oatmilk ice cream in a chocolate sprinkle waffle cone! I loved the atmosphere of this ice cream shop. It screams old school 80s/90s kids. They have a good variety of vegan options and the staff is upbeat and friendly. Will definitely be returning again!"

"This ice cream is very good! You won’t be disappointed. They have lots of good flavors to choose from, and best of all if you prefer cake instead, they have it. We are always a house divided, I like cakes and my husband likes ice cream. Now we have a place for the both of us."

"Delectable Delights Ice Cream Parlor in Downtown Winter Haven is an amazing hidden gem. It may be a bit hard to find at first, but it is absolutely worth the search. The ice cream quality is very good, and the place itself is perfect for kids and adults alike. The atmosphere is fun and nostalgic, with games, a jukebox, and souvenirs that make the visit even more enjoyable. Totally recommended items: the Banana Split and the Brownie with Ice Cream, both excellent. Prices are quite affordable, especially considering how entertaining the spot is for families. Great service, great treats, and a great experience overall."
